Key Responsibilities of a Maintenance and Facilities Engineer; Oversee the management and upkeep of all company facilities. Lead and supervise the Facilities team to ensure daily operational requirements are met, including the maintenance of certain machinery. Continuously review and manage site security and access protocols. Monitor and control budgets to ensure cost-effective operations. Ensure all tasks and projects are completed efficiently and on schedule. What You'll Need to Succeed as a Maintenance and Facilities Engineer; A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. A commitment to high standards and doing the job right the first time.
