Langham Recruitment is expanding. We’re looking for an experienced recruiter to join our Norwich office and take a lead role in building a contract desk within our well-established UK technology recruitment practice in the built environment
This is a unique opportunity to step into a warm, high-potential desk with access to over 50 active clients, a proven track record of more than 400 successful placements, and a reputation as a trusted partner across the sector

What we’re looking for:
A Recruitment Consultant with experience in developing long-term client partnerships
The ability to deliver a thorough and effective recruitment process using LinkedIn Recruiter to fill a variety of IT contract roles into Built Environment clients. Examples of the roles you’ll fulfil include Project Managers, Business Analysts, Solutions Architects, ERP Specialist, BI and Data contractors
The ability to use our sales methodology to develop business with new contracts, which includes following up on people who have attended our events and speculatively highlighting strong candidates to relevant hiring managers by effective use of the CRM
Someone confident and engaging with customers in video and face-to-face meeting, able to represent Langham as a market expert
Ambition to establish and grow a contract desk, with the potential to develop a teamThe opportunity:

Base Salary - £28,000 - £40,000

3.30pm finish on Friday
Hybrid Working – we work in our Norwich City Centre office on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays
