As we expand our retail footprint in the UK, we are committed to creating a seamless, customer-first experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover. We are now seeking an organised, detail-driven Sales Administration Manager to oversee and optimise all sales administration activity across our two brands within the retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the sales administration function for Farizon and AION Auto UK within the retail structure, ensuring all processes run efficiently and accurately.
* Oversee the complete vehicle ordering process, including stock management, allocation, dealer transfers, and timely registration.
* Ensure compliance with brand, financial, and regulatory requirements for vehicle documentation, invoicing, and customer records.
* Support the sales team by providing accurate, timely administrative support, including sales reporting, order updates, and documentation management.
* Maintain strong communication with OEM teams, logistics partners, finance providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth and coordinated delivery operations.
* Monitor and manage KPIs such as order-to-delivery times, documentation accuracy, and administrative efficiency.
* Develop and implement improved sales administration processes, ensuring best practice and alignment with retail operational standards.
* Manage the creation and distribution of sales documentation, including purchase orders, delivery notes, vehicle registration paperwork, and customer agreements.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Sales Administration Manager or senior sales administrator within an automotive retail environment.
* Strong knowledge of vehicle sales processes, registrations, invoicing, and retail automotive documentation.
* Experience working with EV or new-energy vehicle brands is highly advantageous.
* Confidence in using dealership management systems, sales CRM tools, and reporting software.
* Ability to develop efficient processes and manage workflow in a fast-paced retail environment.
* High level of accuracy, integrity, and commitment to delivering outstanding internal and external customer service.
* Proactive, adaptable, and able to operate effectively in a growing automotive organisation.
