Our client an award winning manufacturer of products made from recycled plastic products is adding to their team due to business growth. They are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed Sales Co-ordinator to join their team based near Stanley.
The successful candidate will support the team in achieving sales targets by building great relationships with customers, by using your product knowledge, and spotting new opportunities.
You’ll be part of a small, supportive team and will work with both existing and new customers. You will have exceptional communication skills and the confidence to speak to a wide range of customers. You will be target driven with the drive to offer exceptional customer service and sales support to your team members. No two days will be the same.
The role is office based and will include –
* Providing good customer service.
* Achieve targets for retaining business and developing new business.
* Prepare and send quotations.
* Process orders onto their system.
* Send customer any proforma’s / invoices.
* Maintaining and developing positive relationships with new and existing customers.
* Deal with all general enquiries and complaints.
* Follow up new leads from enquiries.
* Liaise with the dispatch and production team to ensure our customer commitments are delivered.
