Replenishment Supervisor – oversee a team to ensure products are available for customers, manage stock levels, reduce loss, and maintain efficient replenishment processes.
Responsibilities
* Ensure team complies with legal standards and company procedures.
* Reduce stock loss by addressing causes of shrinkage and wastage.
* Reduce replenishment costs by efficiently handling stock, optimizing space for rate of sale, and ensuring accuracy and security in goods receiving.
* Work with stock control and delivery teams to resolve causes of off‑sales.
* Execute effective replenishment to maintain branch availability for customers.
Qualifications
* Passionate about providing exceptional operational standards for customers.
* Flexible management style, able to adapt and manage team challenges.
* Excellent communication skills; experience supervising or managing a team.
* Experience in food retailing desirable.
