You will be responsible for maximising category performance through strategic range and stock planning for seasonal collections as well as working with the wider merchandising team to ensure smooth production placement & intake planning.
The Role: • Owning company range plans, ensuring accurate buy plans and financial roll-ups by category and channels.
• Recommend product range structures, including option count and range depth, through data analytics.
• Review sales and forecast future demand for all sales channels, planning the order volumes to achieve sales budgets.
• Review in season stock opportunities and stock out risks, ensuring category profitability is maximised.
• Line management of Merchandiser.
• Review and present weekly Ecommerce & Retail trade performance into the business.
Skills and Experience: • Have previous experience within a similar role for an Apparel business • Strong analytical skills, ability to build reports, track performance, knowledge of forecasting & implementing demand planning practices • Proficiency in merchandising tools and software including Excel • Excellent communication and relationship building skills, able to collaborate effectively with other teams and external partners.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a fast-paced team.
