Used Car Sales Manager required for Franchised Dealership in the Aberdeen region.

I am working with a fantastic franchised client that has a large dealership located in the Aberdeen area who are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who has a great car sales background which ideally includes Used Car experience.
What is needed as a Used Car Sales Manager:
5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced Franchised Car Dealership.
6. Previous experience of leading a Sales Team in a Franchised Dealership.
7. Able to demonstrate drive, commitment and enthusiasm to Sales Executives to push for and reach KPI’s and targets.
8. Experienced with working in a high-volume fast-paced car management role.
9. Have the ability to grow and develop a sales team in-line with the clients necessities.
10. Able to demonstrate fantastic product knowledge on a variety of makes and models of vehicles.
11. Able to develop and nurture the sales team.
12. Can provide a world-class customer service and provide a culture of building the best relationships.
