A secondary school in Tower Hamlets is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join their team from September on a full-time, long-term basis. Key Responsibilities:
* Teach Maths across KS3 and KS4, with the potential for KS5 depending on experience
* Plan, prepare, and deliver creative, effective lessons that meet the needs of all learners
* Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback that supports academic development
* Promote a strong classroom culture that encourages curiosity, confidence, and resilience
* Participate in department planning, school initiatives, and professional development
What You’ll Need:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
Experience delivering the UK Maths curriculum in a secondary setting
A strong grasp of curriculum knowledge and the ability to adapt teaching styles
Good classroom management with a calm and supportive teaching approach
A team-focused mindset and passion for raising student achievement
