Your Role...
You will coordinate with clients for all business rates inspections across the WSP GL Hearn portfolio and update the team’s database with inspection details. You will work with Case Valuers, Business Rates Administration Team, local Rating support, Referencing Support Coordinator, and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Arrange inspections for various property types across England, Wales & Scotland to support negotiations on business rates assessments.
* Maintain and update databases with survey details, photographs, and drawings.
* Work within the Business Rates Team with independent management of your time.
* Create clear and accurate spreadsheets for various stakeholders.
* Provide timely and accurate reports to clients and Case Valuers, resolving issues as needed.
* Maintain the GL Hearn Information Management System (GLHIMS) and respond to business rate inquiries.
What We Are Looking For:
* IT Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, database management)
* Customer service experience
* Database management experience
* Project coordination skills
* Administrative skills
* Attention to detail
* Analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication skills
* Knowledge of business rates (preferred but not essential)
