works closely with the Senior Financial Controller and acts as a key interface with project, cost control, technical teams, and outsourced service is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the building of NEP's finance capability from the ground up in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

What you'll need to succeed
6. Qualified accountants with 5+ years qualified experience (ICAEW, ICAS, CIMA, or equivalent).
7. Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience with statutory reporting under IFRS.
8. Experience in financial reporting, internal controls and managing end-to-end monthly financial reporting
9. Strong analytical capability with excellent attention to detail.
10. Demonstrable experience preparing IFRS statutory accounts and leading audits.
11. Proven ability to work with ambiguity, using commercial judgement and initiative to drive solutions.
12. Strong influencing and communication skills, with confidence engaging across multiple teams.
13. Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver at pace.
14. High standards of accuracy, organisation and professional integrity.
