Working as a member of the administration team to provide a comprehensive administration role to the Unit, ensuring that all patients are dealt with in a professional and courteous manner, which endorses the patient centred approach of the team. Assist in the clerical function of the Unit. Work proactively to ensure that Outpatient clinics and Theatre lists are filled to capacity at all times and report any shortfalls and of any difficulties experienced with the booking of patients and the capacity available to the Booking Lead & Patient Referral Manager. Working 22.5 hour a week. You will work 8 hour shifts between Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm or 10.00am - 6pm, we work on a rota system so shifts will vary week on week. Any weekend shifts will be deemed unsociable hours and there will have an increase in the hourly rate should you work them.
