We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Client Manager to join our sales team.
What you'll do:
* Own and grow strategic client relationships to maximise long-term value
* Manage full sales lifecycle: pipeline, proposals, forecasting, and closing
* Lead commercial negotiations and deliver insight-led client engagements
* Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and tech teams to shape solutions
* Use Salesforce and market intel to drive accurate forecasting and planning
What you are:
* 5+ years of experience in account management or client-facing roles in B2B tech
* Familiarity with CX platforms, cloud solutions, or digital transformation
* Skilled in solution/consultative selling with enterprise-level clients
