Salary: £130 - £220 per day (dependent on experience)
Suitable for: Qualified Teachers with QTS, ECTs, Primary Teachers, Supply Teachers
Simply Education is recruiting a committed and adaptable PPA Cover Teacher for a lovely, welcoming primary school in the Grantham area.This role is specifically to provide PPA and leadership release cover. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who enjoys variety across year groups while still becoming part of a friendly and established team. The school is known for its positive atmosphere, strong behaviour, and staff culture, making it an ideal environment for both experienced teachers and ECTs starting their careers.
Duties
Deliver pre-planned lessons to release class teachers for PPA time
Teach across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 on a scheduled timetable
Maintain continuity of learning and classroom routines
Manage behaviour confidently and create an engaging environment
Adapt learning to meet mixed abilities and individual needs
Provide clear handover feedback to class teachers
Build strong relationships with pupils and staff across the school
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
ECTs welcome to apply
Confidence teaching across the primary age range
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Flexible, organised and proactive approach
A positive, team-focused attitude
