* Master HR processes and provide support to the HR Business Partner* Support the team with deployment of HR campaigns* Be a local inclusion and diversity advocate* Help develop relationships with schools / universities* Support the implementation of HR projects* Suggest and implement improvements to our ways of working* Be the mypulse (Workday) & SAP focal point & support the team with transactional activities* Support talent Management activities for the HR function (Well-being, Succession Plan, Development Path)* Update Workday related to all the actions of the employee life cycle; from hire to retire; and be the interface with HR Analyst (Reward Operations)* Support the HRBP in organising and preparing respective reviews and ensure quality and timely inputs from managers* Learn and grow and in time, be able to handle regular enquiries related to HR policies and processes that cannot be managed through self-service (e.g. the Hub, HR Direct, HR Chatbot)* Work with HRBP on HR risks by gathering and analysing data such as absenteeism, E&C training completion, time management etc.* Support the HRBP and hiring managers in the recruitment process* Help organise and implement HR workshops (e.g., leadership models)* Curious, eager to learn* Autonomy & Adaptability* Proficiency in Microsoft and Google-suite* Deep understanding of HR policies, processes & systems* Strong interpersonal skills, self-awareness & empathy* Pro-active mind-set and ability to anticipate,* Strong IT/Data analytics skills.
