About the Role
We are currently seeking two compassionate and dedicated Band 5 Nurses to join our specialist care team. This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver high-quality palliative and end-of-life care, supporting patients and their families with dignity, respect, and empathy.

Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £29,117 – £35,445 per annum (dependent on experience)
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to hospice patients.
* Support patients with complex palliative needs, ensuring comfort and symptom control.
* Work collaboratively with doctors, healthcare assistants, therapists, and wider MDT.
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care plans.
* Participate in clinical assessments, medication administration, and monitoring.
* Provide emotional support to patients and families.
* Contribute to service improvement, audits, and quality initiatives.
Requirements
* Registered Nurse (NMC Pin required)
* Experience in palliative, hospice, community, or acute care preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Compassionate, patient-centred approach
* Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Commitment to maintaining high standards of care
