Role Overview
As a positive open minded determined individual at Data Image Group, you will drive growth through new opportunities generated by leveraging inbound leads and proactively capturing new clients within the luxury POS, events, exhibitions, construction and visual display space.
Key Responsibilities
* Accountable for expanding existing client relationships.
* Hit and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, driving measurable revenue growth.
* Proactively research and develop new business.
* Manage existing accounts, upselling and cross-selling to maximise client value and satisfaction.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams—sales, marketing, design, production, and installation—to ensure seamless project delivery and client experience.
* Prepare compelling proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to client needs.
* Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline data using CRM tools.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
What We're Looking For
* Experienced in B2B business development or account management experience, preferably in visual display, signage, event and exhibition sector.
* Results-driven, confident person with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
* Strong relationship-building capabilities and persuasive communication skills.
* Self-motivated with a hunter mentality—seeking and securing new opportunities proactively.
* Excellent teamwork skills and an ability to collaborate across departments for optimal client outcomes.
* Office-based in Leicestershire, with a flexible and hands-on approach to client and internal interactions.
* Proficiency in CRM systems; familiarity with print or display production processes is a desirable however not compulsory as training will be given
* UK residency and right to work required.
