Our IT team is a critical pillar of our Technology team, working alongside Product Engineering, Platform, Domain Engineering, and our Data teams. We ensure our global team stays connected, secure, and equipped with the best tools to do their best work. This role is full‑time, onsite at our Nuneaton warehouse (UIC), and requires occasional travel to other sites.
⚙️ What Youll Be Doing
* Providing first‑line support for all IT‑related issues via Slack, Email, Tickets, or In‑person.
* Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues for employees across the business, with a main focus on warehouse technologies.
* Providing training and support to end users to ensure they are confident with our internal tools.
* Managing asset tooling, ensuring our asset management platform is kept accurate and up to date.
* Maintaining the knowledge base by creating and updating articles to empower self‑service support.
* Collaborating with IT staff and cross‑functional engineering squads to resolve high‑level technical blockers.
* Supporting printing of greeting cards and leaflets where required.
* Staying up‑to‑date on new technologies and industry best practices to improve our internal systems.
* Traveling every other month to another site via car.
