* Ability to deputise for the Service Manager where required
More About The Role
As a Senior Support Worker, you will support the Service Manager to ensure the smooth running of our service. Where required, yourself and the team of Support Workers will also support with housework duties which include cleaning, ironing and washing. You will also lead by example, focusing on supporting independence and helping people pursue their interests and be active members of their local community.
You will supervise a team of Support Workers, providing encouragement and guidance to achieve the best quality support and practice. This role will allow you to gain new skills and build on your experience for future progression and development. Ideally you will have already obtained your Level 3 Health and Social Care, and will have previous experience in a supporting role.
