Role responsibilities
The UNO Programme creates an integrated platform for all Transport for Wales' public services, supporting digital transformation for customer journey planning, ticket purchasing, and real-time information access, including support for non-digital users. The Business Analyst will support this programme by:
* Analyzing current processes, identifying improvements, automating tasks, and enhancing documentation to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
* Capturing business requirements through stakeholder engagement and acting as a liaison between teams.
* Gathering requirements for procurement activities, understanding end-user needs.
* Building business cases, decision papers, and progress reports for programme delivery, working with project managers and stakeholders.
Who we're looking for
* Degree in IT or equivalent experience.
* Experience in Business Analysis across projects.
* Proficiency in process documentation, project reporting, and procurement requirements.
* Experience with IT and Digital procurement requirements.
Welsh Language Skills
Welsh language skills are a plus but not essential. We support language development through various training opportunities.
