Role and Responsibilities:
* Provide targeted intervention support to primary school students to enhance their learning and development.
* Collaborate with classroom teachers to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies.
* Monitor and assess students' progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Proven experience as an Intervention Teacher or similar role.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Passionate about making a positive impact on students' lives.
