Role Overview
We are looking for a Regional Service Sales Manager to join our Sales Leadership Team in the South Region.
Salary and Compensation
Base Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum (DOE)
On Target Earnings (OTE): £90,000+

What You'll Be Doing
* Lead, coach, and develop a regional sales team to exceed service contract targets.
* Build and execute regional plans to grow maintenance contract revenue across fire detection, suppression, CCTV, access control, and intruder systems.
* Strengthen relationships with commercial clients typically ranging from £2m up to £100m turnover.
* Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and performance oversight.
* Support key meetings, negotiate service agreements, and ensure a high‑quality customer experience.
* Work closely with sales, operations and engineering teams to ensure smooth onboarding and retention.
Desired Skills and Experience
* Proven success managing a field‑based sales team (ideally in fire, security, FM, or technical services).
* Strong understanding of service contracts, compliance, and value‑based selling.
* Consistent target achievement in the mid‑market B2B environment.
* Excellent communication, coaching, and commercial negotiation skills.
* Proactive leadership style focused on developing people and driving performance.
* Full British driving licence.
