Equans is looking for a Patient Services Cleaning Team Leader to join our team in Queen Alexandra Hospital, PO6 3LY on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. The salary offered is £27,000 per annum along with a benefits package.
Shift Pattern:
This role operates on a two-week rota, working every other weekend with one day off during the week.
What will you deliver?
* Responsibility for supervising housekeepers and patient services assistants daily, ensuring full coverage of duty rosters and effective task completion in line with performance standards.
* Supervision and control of service standards at ward/departmental level, including cleaning and patient food and beverage services.
* Acting as the interface between ward/departmental managers and service teams regarding reactive maintenance requests, ensuring staff proactively identify and report maintenance issues.

Who are we looking for?
* Desirable: Basic Health and Safety Certificate
* Essential: Ability to work as part of a team
* Experience in performance management, including appraisals
* Desirable: Experience in Hotel & Catering industry or Facilities Management sector
* Supervisory experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
