What You'll Be Doing: Supervising classes during teacher absence Delivering pre-prepared lesson materials Managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment Ensuring pupils remain on task and engaged Supporting a wide range of subjects across the curriculum Working collaboratively with teaching staff and school leaders Upholding the highest standards of safeguarding and pupil wellbeing Requirements ✅ What You’ll Need: Experience working with children or young people (school, coaching, mentoring, youth work, etc.) Confidence managing a classroom Strong communication and organisational skills A calm, professional and flexible approach Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness
