The Role
We’re looking for a proven solar sales/business development professional with leadership potential to head up our head office. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll be responsible for growing the regional business and representing our values on the ground. Youmust haveprevious experience within the solar industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver a regional growth strategy for solar sales
* Build and lead a high-performing sales team
* Travel across the country to nurture client relationships and discover new opportunities
* Work with the senior leadership to align on targets and business vision
* Represent the brand with professionalism, purpose, and energy
PreferredSkills & Experience
* Strong track record in solar sales—commercial and domestic
* Natural leadership with a proactive, take-ownership attitude
* Ability and willingness to travel across the region regularly
* Strategic thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ambition to progress into a Director-level role
