Overview

De Vere Beaumont Estate, one of the largest hotel event venues in the UK, has an opening for a Meetings and Events Sales Conversion Executive to join the team in Old Windsor. This is an onsite office position working 5 days per week.


Responsibilities

As the Meeting & Events Sales Conversion Executive you will:

* Review enquiries that were denied by the hotel or booker with the aim to create new bespoke proposals and proactively convert them into future bookings.
* Speak to clients, arrange site visits or conduct virtual tours to proactively convert key event business of all sizes with possible revenues of up to £1 million.


Skills & Experience

* You have experience working as part of an events sales or planning team in a hotel or venue where you regularly conducted sales appointments and show rounds.
* You have a confident approach and are able to forge strong working relationships and create genuine connections with clients and colleagues through your excellent communication skills.
* You are experienced using IT software; familiarity with Opera software would be beneficial but is not essential as training can be provided.
