YOU MUST HAVE WORKED IN A RECRUITMENT AGENCY/BUSINESS TO APPLY My client has an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join the team at the Sheffield City Centre Branch working in the Financial Sector of a multi divisional agency. The ideal candidate would have experience of Recruitment within the Finance Sector, however if you have recruitment experience within another sector and can demonstrate transferable skills this would also be acceptable. Additionally they will have : Excellent negotiation skills The ability to identify business sales opportunities Business to business sales ability A confident and outgoing personality with the passion to succeed and be part of a fast-paced successful team The ability to meet deadlines and hit targets Commercial awareness Information gathering and problem-solving skills The ability to work on all social media platforms Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build and develop relationships with clients at all levels, face to face and on the telephone The ability to manage vacancies from start to finish as well as screening, shortlisting candidates A great team player, willingness to go above and beyond to exceed expectations If you are interested in the above position, please contact me confidentially for more information.
