Job Description:
Due to recent growth, a market-leading insurance broker is looking for a strong Pension Administrator to join their team in Birmingham.
Responsibilities include:
* Completing work for scheme renewals or market reviews in line with clients’ requirements.
* Monitoring insurers’ performance on behalf of clients.
* Handling client queries.
* Updating internal systems as per process.
* Managing client relationships in conjunction with the Consultancy team to support retention and growth opportunities.
Ideal candidates will have experience with Group / Auto Enrolment Pensions from a similar role within an Employee Benefits Consultancy or with an Insurance Provider.
