Operations Support Centre Coordinator Stevenage – onsite Permanent
Summary
We are currently seeking an Operations Support Centre Coordinator to join the team in Stevenage. The successful candidate will be working on a programme of works to deliver future information and communication technology services.
This is a great opportunity for an individual who has previously worked on a service desk / helpdesk where it has been a busy environment with lots of tickets/requirements coming in that need to be actioned and resolved promptly.
Some of the key deliverables for the role include:
* Provide the single point of contact for resource, scheduling, change control and general information for all matrix and planned work instructed by the customer.
* Validate the initial work request and allocate the appropriate group(s) for action, maintaining accurate status on NG Baileys Management System.
* Proactively seeking closure and completion of each order in line with the associated Service level agreements (SLA’s).
* Ensuring all change requests raised during the implementation are validated and agreed with relevant parties before commencement of additional work.
What we’re looking for:
* Superb organisation skills
* Good Microsoft Office suite skills
* Demonstrable customer service skills
* Previous administration experience in a similar role
* Experience of resource scheduling
* Good understanding of UK geography
* Security Clearance – or willing to go through the process
Ideally:
* Previously worked to operational level agreements or service level agreements
* Previously provided support on a service/help desk
* Previous experience with ticketing systems (service desk)
