What’s the position?
The Senior Commercial Manager – Casino is responsible for the commercial business layer of casino suppliers, owning agreements, supplier onboarding, commercial analysis, and strategic enablement. The role partners closely with Product, Finance, Studio, Research, and commercial teams to ensure commercial decisions are data led, executable, and aligned with both player outcomes and financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Own commercial agreements, in partnership with Legal, Data Protection and Compliance teams
* Be accountable for supplier onboarding from a commercial readiness perspective (terms, reporting, implementation alignment) and ensure commercial terms are correctly reflected in reporting, forecasting, and execution.
* Deliver in depth commercial and performance analysis to support decision making.
* Produce recurring commercial reports and ad hoc insights with clear, actionable recommendations.
* Translate complex data into concise, executive ready narratives and presentations.
* Act as a commercial stakeholder in key initiatives including: new market launches, new product features requiring commercial input and supplier/content strategy initiatives
* Be a key commercial partner to the internal studio team.
* Support the Commercial Director in strategy design, planning, and monitoring.
* Partner closely with: Research & Insights (voice of customer), commercial teams (Slots, Live/Table), Finance (forecasting, reconciliation, margin understanding), Product & Operations (commercial execution)
What are we looking for?
* 3+ years’ experience as Head of Casino, Head of Commercial, Senior Commercial Manager (or equivalent) within the iGaming industry.
* Proven experience operating across multiple regulated markets.
* Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of supplier agreements and content economics.
* Advanced analytical capability with the ability to produce clear, actionable commercial reports.
* Strong presentation and communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
* Experience working cross functionally in complex, fast paced environments.
