C&C Care Solutions Ltd is looking for compassionate and dedicated Residential Support Workers to join our team supporting children in a small, nurturing home environment. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in a child’s life while working in a supportive and structured team.
About the Role:

Support a small residential home with 2 beds
*
Provide safe, structured, and nurturing care, supporting both daily routines and emotional well-being.
*
Be part of a 3-week rolling rota:
*
Week 1: Tue / Fri / Sun
*
Week 2: Wed / Sat
*
Week 3: Mon / Thu
*
Shifts: 10am–11pm / Sleep-in / Wake at 7am, with handover from 10–10:30am.
*
24.5-hour shifts.
Requirements:
*
Level 3 or 4 in residential childcare preferred
*
Willingness to train motivated candidates without formal qualifications.
*
Must be a driver (parking on-site for 3 cars, street parking available).
*
Passion for working with children and providing high-quality care.
Benefits:
