To enhance our support, last year, ITV restructured its Third Party Payments team, shifting towards a compliance-focused approach to drive change, ensure policy adherence, and optimise workflow efficiency making the purchase to pay process seamless.

The role..

Our busy and ever changing Purchase to Pay team are currently looking for an experienced Finance Manager with a focus on Compliance across P2P, on a permanent contract. The role is key to strengthening efficiency, compliance, and data quality across the end-to-end Purchase to Pay (P2P) process. Reporting to the Head of Third Party Payments, the PTP Compliance Manager will lead the Expenses, Master Data, and Purchasing Support teams, using data, reporting, and strong people leadership to drive compliant behaviours and continuous improvement across the business. With at least 5 years’ experience in AP / P2P, the role requires a strong understanding of the full P2P lifecycle, the ability to identify issues through data analysis, and the confidence to turn insight into clear, actionable outcomes.

Some of your key day-to-day responsibilities will include:

1. Lead and develop a team of 7 across Expenses, Master Data, and Purchasing Support
2. Ensure strong understanding and consistent application of end-to-end P2P processes and policies
3. Run and analyse reports to identify inconsistencies, risks, and non-compliance
4. Turn data insights into clear actions and track delivery across the team
5. Oversee policy compliance, audits, and corrective actions
6. Create and maintain clear, accurate, and efficient process documentation
7. Design and deliver training on expenses and purchasing compliance
8. Partner with internal teams (Tax, HR, R2R) to align controls and information
9. Monitor performance, drive efficiency improvements, and support onboarding
10. Build strong stakeholder relationships to drive continuous improved compliance and change

Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)

11. Significant experience leading PTP teams
12. Can demonstrate a significant understanding of the end to end requisition to pay process.
13. Can provide evidence of creating, analysing and presenting large data sets across all levels of an organisation.
14. Experience of working in a continuous improvement and a compliance controlled environment.
15. Experience of managing multiple sub-teams with the ability to quickly shift focus to key priorities or demands.

Other things we’re looking for (key criteria)

16. Proven experience working with Finance ERP systems, ideally Oracle Fusion, within an AP / P2P environment
17. Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and MS Office, with confidence in reporting and analysis
18. Experience operating in a Shared Services or Global Business Services (GBS) environment
19. Solid understanding of accounting principles and end-to-end Purchase to Pay processes
20. Demonstrated people leadership experience, with a clear passion for coaching, developing, and engaging teams
21. Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify risks, and drive corrective actions
22. Experience using data visualisation and reporting to communicate insights and influence decisions
23. Proven ability to navigate, improve, and simplify complex processes
24. A continuous improvement mindset, with curiosity and drive to challenge the status quo
25. Confident presentation and communication skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels
26. Strong risk awareness, with the ability to assess impact and implement effective controls
27. Highly organised, with strong time management and prioritisation skills in a changing environment
28. Resilient and adaptable, comfortable managing process and business change
29. Ability to influence and build effective relationships across teams and senior stakeholders
