Offer description

The role of Administration officer will include:
1. Delivering, improving, and maintaining effective and efficient administrative systems
2. Monitoring of shared mailbox
3. Supporting maintenance operational staff, ordering uniform, and arranging travel
4. Maintaining effective electronic filing systems
5. Raise purchase orders and good receipting of invoices
6. Identifying any shortfalls in service delivery and ensuring they are dealt with appropriately, including investigating and responding to complaints
7. Supporting with HR and contractor framework meetings and recruitment of new staff
8. Accurate and precise data input to trackers (Excel)
9. Organise and track team meetings

Skills and experiences:

10. Proven experience undertaking a similar role within a maintenance environment
11. Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads, both for self and others
12. Ability to work independently and use your own initiative as well as part of a team
13. Ability to multitask and be proactive
14. Excellent attention to detail
15. Good interpersonal and customer care skills
16. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams and Power Point
