Graduate Mechanical Engineer - Quality
Location: Segensworth near Portsmouth/Southampton, Hampshire
Salary: £32,000 to £35,000 + 5 weeks holiday, 11% pension, share save scheme, discounts at supermarkets, onsite Gym + SIGNIFICANT TRAINIING!!!

Other members of the Quality team have also been trained up so you will be very well supported!
What you’ll be learning and doing:
* How to review customer quality requirements and support engineering/manufacturing teams.
* Working with customers, suppliers, and colleagues to resolve issues and improve processes.
* Investigating non-conformances and contributing to corrective action plans.
* Learning industry problem-solving methods such as root cause analysis and 8D.
* Supporting internal and external audits, and helping with customer approvals.
* Gaining experience in ISO9001, AS9100 and other international quality standards.
* Assisting with product verification, inspection, and certification documentation.
* Developing skills in data analysis, report writing, and continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for:
* A recent degree (BEng/MEng) in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
* An interest in engineering quality, standards, and processes.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
* A proactive, detail-focused approach and willingness to learn.
