About the role
As an Ad Operations Executive, you will be an experienced and highly motivated individual keen to develop a career in the digital industry. You will join the Ad Operations team and work closely with internal stakeholders to manage ad campaigns across our portfolio of websites, including Top Gear, Good Food, Delicious, Radio Times, Gardeners’ World, and Olive.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with Sales Planners to ensure campaigns go live promptly and monitor any campaigns that may be delayed.
* Manage campaigns to maximise both revenue and performance.
* Liaise with Sales Planners on all campaign-related issues.
* Liaise closely with our licensed ad server on all technical issues and updates.
* Work with the Ad Operations team to conduct technical troubleshooting and resolve any identified issues.
* Monitor campaign performance through Google Ad Manager (GAM) and optimise campaigns to improve effectiveness and audience reach.
* Demonstrate acute attention to detail and the ability to traffic campaigns error-free.
