Job Scope: Manages the PCV sales and customer service support team with project management & regional procurement. Implements set out strategies making the department or team able to delivers sales and customer support as well as order fulfillment to increase customer satisfaction and build long term profitable relationships What you will do: Ensures adherence to FLSmidth's policies e.g. Safety, Compliance and Rules of Engagement Improves customer service quality results by implementing updates to processes Implements efficient follow up procedures for low and medium value proposals Manages warranty performance - drive organizations efforts to reduce warranty Ensures forecasting of revenue Provides staff with specialist advice, knowledge sharing and coaching to enable staff to meet set expectations, and follows up on a regular basis to ensure technical delivery Manages and drive team board meetings to include among others suggestion and implement improvements in the operational process Promotes a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company's operational activities Provides aftermarket customer and sales support by determining customer requirements (parts interpretation), managing the customer sales order life cycle (order entry to despatch), and ensuring enquiries and problems are resolved to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction What you bring: Reliable, honest and loyal with a professional attitude and appearance and a strong customer service attitude Communicates effectively and appropriately with a variety of stakeholders including external partners, teams, colleagues and contacts.
