Overview
We are looking for a Female support worker on a part time basis to join our established team to support a lady alongside another staff member. You will be supporting her to live a safe, fulfilled life, seeing family and friends, attending drama and craft groups, going on holidays, going to cinema.
Responsibilities
* Promote and support to maintain independence
* Prompting Personal Care, supporting when needed
* Moving and Assisting, use of wheelchair and supporting around PEG - we train all staff in these areas!
* Supporting with Medication
* Supporting to maintain her home, cooking, cleaning and laundry
* Work on a rolling rota basis including 24/7 support, sleep shifts, and weekends; shift starts at 9am-10pm with a sleep-in followed by 7am-9am
* Flexibility to work on a rolling rota basis that includes weekdays and weekends; rotas provided at least 4 weeks in advance
