Hours & Contract:
We are looking for engaging and sociable hospitality staff to join us on 27th December at Sixways Stadium for an approximately 8-hour shift, with the opportunity for future shifts in 2026 for the right candidates.
Job Summary: As a member of our hospitality team at Sixways Stadium, your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding customer service to guests during matches and other events. You will play a key role in creating a positive and memorable experience by providing a high-quality drinks service, responding to guest enquiries, and maintaining a clean and well-organised working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to all guests.
* Take and accurately process orders in a timely manner.
* Serve drinks in line with our high service standards.
* Process payments accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
* Respond to guest enquiries and provide information about the stadium, events, and services.
* Maintain clean and organised work areas, including bars, counters, and service stations.
* Assist with setting up and breaking down hospitality areas before and after events.
* Monitor and replenish bar stock to ensure consistent availability.
* Follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene standards.
* Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Must be 18 years of age or older.
* Previous hospitality experience preferred.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong multitasking and organisational skills.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Ability to stand for extended periods.
* Knowledge of food and beverage safety regulations.
* Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong team ethic.
