Role Overview:
* Develop and implement advanced quantitative models to support trading strategies and risk management.
* Analyse large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and insights.
* Collaborate with traders and analysts to optimise algorithms and improve trading performance.
* Monitor and refine models to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Required Experience & Skills:
* Strong background in quantitative analysis, financial modelling, or related fields.
* Proficiency with statistical tools and programming languages such as Python, C++.
* Prior experience in finance, trading, or risk management is advantageous.
* Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
* Relevant certifications in quantitative finance or data science are a plus.
