Job description: CLOSING DATE 22 APRIL 2024 As an HR Business Partner based in Portlethen, you'll collaborate with internal clients across multiple sites, offering specialised support. Your expertise in HR partnering, along with your knack for building relationships and coaching managers, will be pivotal in achieving goals effectively. With the backing of NOVs Centres of Excellence, you'll strategise for key and high-potential employees, facilitating talent rotation. Your role involves equipping stakeholders with tools for effective people management, supporting projects, and enhancing cost-efficiency and service delivery through transformative advice and transactional support.
