Working hours: 42 hours per week, Monday - Friday 14.00-23.00+ (1 Sunday every 6 weeks)

Dispensing Manager is responsible for leading the Dispensing team and overseeing end‑to‑end workflow to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient operations. Working collaboratively with colleagues across the management team, the role ensures resources are used effectively to deliver consistent shift performance aligned with operational capacity. Dispensing Manager supports the achievement of key performance indicators and maintains high standards of quality, compliance, and service in line with organisational objectives.

What you’ll be doing
* Leading the day‑to‑day workflow of the Dispensing team to ensure safe, accurate and efficient operations
* Using data, collaboration and visual management techniques to deliver strong shift performance
* Supporting colleagues through regular feedback, coaching and training to maintain high dispensing standards
* Working closely with Buying, Clinical, H&S and Shift Management teams to resolve issues and improve processes
* Monitoring stock levels, equipment and consumables to ensure the team has what they need to work effectively
* Managing team communication through daily briefings and consistent updates across the shift
* Ensuring compliance with company processes, safety standards and regulatory requirements
* Contributing to a positive, organised and safe working environment through “clean as you go” practices and proactive issue escalation
Who are we looking for
* Someone who holds an NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing (essential for this role)
* An individual who can stay organised, prioritise effectively and maintain high levels of accuracy in a fast‑paced environment
* Someone who communicates clearly, works well with others and builds positive working relationships across teams
* A team member who is proactive, solution‑focused and comfortable taking initiative to improve processes

* A person who is confident using IT systems and able to work with Excel at an intermediate level
