You will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, overseeing workflow, and supporting team development while ensuring a high standard of service delivery across accounts, tax, and advisory work.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, acting as the main point of contact.
* Oversee preparation and review of accounts, tax returns, and other compliance work.
* Support and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and technical support.
* Identify opportunities for additional services and contribute to business development.
* Ensure all client work is completed within budget and deadlines.
* Maintain strong working relationships with clients, offering proactive advice and support.
About You
* ACA/ACCA qualified with proven experience in a client‑facing role within practice.
* Strong technical knowledge of accounts, tax, and relevant compliance.
* Excellent communication skills and a commitment to outstanding client service.
* Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities.
* Experience using cloud‑based accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, etc.).
