Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
* Manage and update content across company websites and social media platforms.
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
* Support the development and implementation of data-driven marketing strategies by leveraging tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics.
* Create engaging and visually appealing graphics and content for social media posts and advertisements.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new ideas and strategies for growth.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
* Maintain and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
* Assist in managing online customer interactions and community engagement.
* Support in creating dashboards or reports to visualize data trends and track campaign success.
* Handle administrative tasks and other marketing activities as needed.
What We’re Looking For
* A degree or qualification in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
* Experience in digital marketing, including social media management, content creation, and campaign analysis.
* Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design software.
* Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing tools.
* Strong analytical skills and experience using Google Analytics, Excel, or other data analysis tools to measure performance.
* Basic understanding of data visualisation tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Organizational skills and attention to detail.
* A creative mindset and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
