Joining our Sections Mill team as a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for directing manufacturing operations safely within one of our Hot Rolling Mills. You will need to make efficient use of your available resources to ensure that our production targets are met. You will also work closely with your colleagues in the production management team, so that we are getting the best out of our processes.
You will be an experienced manager, ideally with a background in production and manufacturing. Over the years, you will have developed practical expertise in production, but most importantly, a passion to lead and develop teams. You will be able to identify training needs, as well as provide support and coaching to your team.
