We are recruiting multiple experienced professionals for contract roles that will play a critical part in clearing and reconciling complex lease control accounts.
Job Title: Contract Finance Professionals - Project (Multiple Roles)
Location: Bristol (Hybrid)
Day Rate: Up to £350/day (via Umbrella) or £70,000 PAYE equivalent
Duration: Until end of October
Start Date: ASAP
These roles are ideal for candidates with strong experience in account reconciliations, lease accounting, or financial coordination-particularly within large, multi-entity organisations. You'll be part of a collaborative project team helping to resolve lease-related accounting entries across property, equipment, and P&L transactions.
Key Details:
* Hybrid working: 2 days/week onsite expected (though remote-first preference can be accommodated)
* Contract length: Through to end of October
* Start: Immediate
* Day rate: Up to £350 via umbrella / £70,000 PAYE equivalent
Open Roles:
1. Lease Reconciliation Co-ordinator
* Liaise between reconciliation teams and key in-country stakeholders (finance, property, etc.)
* Log and follow up on queries, obtain supporting documents, and ensure correct accounting treatment
* Reference lease contracts, assist with documentation, and escalate issues as needed
2. Lease Control Account Reconciliation Analyst
* Prepare detailed lease control account reconciliations
* Investigate and clear un-reconciled items using data from bespoke lease accounting software
* Collaborate with the Co-ordinator role and wider finance team to resolve aged balances
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified finance professionals preferred (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA), though exceptional relevant experience will also be considered
* Proven background in account reconciliations, lease accounting, or financial operations
* Experience in large or complex organisations highly desirable
