Responsibilities
1. Support the overall Airbus Procurement processes & governance harmonization and simplification
2. Ensure that the Procurement processes he/she is in charge of are compliant and continuously improved in line with business needs and quality rules.
3. Analyse the As-Is Situation on Organization, Governance, Process
4. Propose a To-Be QMS (Quality Management System), based on Airbus' requirements and best-practices
5. Write, manage and analyse Business Requirements and Points of Vigilance
6. Adherence to contractual requirements which may include external standards such as ISO14001, ISO9001
7. Manage or create an Organization Manual, Policy, Code of Conduct
8. Creating traceability of the company's organization structure with special focus on Delegated Authority
9. Implement a Continuous Improvement methodology
10. Enable user adoption by providing awareness sessions and contribute to official trainings
11. Support internal and external audits
12. Act as project Manager / leader to create state-of-the-art and best-in-class processes through the application of project management processes, methods and tools as well as the management and coordination of the relevant Process Management Teams (PMTs)
