You’ll handle the full scope of the HR lifecycle: employee relations, change projects, people insights, recruitment, and culture building. It’s varied, it’s impactful — and it matters.
We’re a values-driven, not-for-profit housing association with a strong social mission. We believe great HR is about people, purpose and partnership, and we look after our colleagues as well as our communities.
What you’ll do
* Be the go-to coach for all things ER — absence, grievances, performance, disciplinaries, and more.
* Drive change by supporting transformation projects.
* Build strong relationships with managers and help them lead with confidence and clarity.
* Use people data to spot trends and drive continuous improvement across the business.
* Partner on recruitment, onboarding, training design and culture initiatives.
* Keep us sharp on employment law, and help shape inclusive, up-to-date people policies.
We’re values-driven, not-for-profit and future-focused. We believe in doing things the right way — including looking after our people.
We take Accountability - for our work, our impact and our promises.
We Champion Communication - open, honest, human.
We Develop and Learn - because growth never stops.
What makes you stand out
* You’ve got CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 (or you're well on the way).
* You’re experienced in employee relations and live and breathe employment law.
* You’re a natural coach, an active listener, and a confident communicator.
* You spot opportunities to improve the employee experience — and act on them.
* You're comfortable juggling projects, cases, and conversations.
