COAST is a busy, quality-led restaurant set just steps from the beach in Hayle. We focus on simple, well-executed food, fresh ingredients, and a calm, organised kitchen.
We are building a solid team for the full summer season and need a reliable Chef de Partie who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a good kitchen.
This role suits someone who enjoys cooking at pace, keeps standards high, and values a steady, professional environment.
The Role Run your section with consistency and control
Prepare and deliver dishes to spec during busy service
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
Support junior chefs and help keep the kitchen organised
Work closely with a small, tight team
What Were Looking For Experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis ready to step up
Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen standards
Confident managing a section during service
Calm under pressure with a clean, methodical approach
Team-focused with a positive attitude
Available April through to the end of September
