The Medical Devices Cleanroom Team Leader for Cytiva is responsible for leading and supervising a team of production operators within a cleanroom environment to ensure efficient and compliant manufacturing processes. This position is part of the Medical Devices department located in Cardiff and will be on-site. At Cytiva, our vision is to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery. What you will do: Ensure all safety standards, key business drivers, and production needs are met. Manage and troubleshoot production issues and communicate with stakeholders in operations and commercial. Responsible for performance management (P4G) and development planning (D4G) for managed associates. Who you are: Proven experience in Medical Device, Pharmaceutical or food industry production environments, preferably within a cleanroom setting. Experience working within a QMS and to cGMP.
