Job title: Prescribing ANP / Paramedic Practitioner Salary: Up To £28.00 per hour Depending on Experience Hours: 16 Location: Dolphins Practice – Haywards Heath We are looking for ANPs / Paramedic Practitioners who: Care Recent experience in a Primary Care setting Non-medical prescriber MSc Advanced practice or equivalent NMC / HCPC registered UK based (necessity) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent clinical decision making skills A passion for healthcare Motivated and committed to developing the knowledge and skills required for the role and for ongoing professional development Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and formulate management plans. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic presentations Provide expert care for frail and elderly patients, including care home visits. Prescribe independently (V300 qualification essential). Order and interpret diagnostic tests and investigations. Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, pharmacists, and allied health professionals. Contribute to service development, audits, and clinical governance activities. Support colleagues and learners through mentorship and professional guidance. Desirable for the post: Experience in long-term condition (LTC) management (e.g. COPD, diabetes, heart failure). Leadership or teaching experience Essential Requirements Registered Nurse/paramedic Full UK driving licence Proven experience in the assessment and management of frail adults and/or care home patients.
