Location: Poole
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time or Part-time
Salary: £50,000 to £70,000 (depending on experience)
A well established Poole law firm is seeking a Company Commercial Solicitor to join its busy Company Commercial Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to develop their expertise across a broad range of commercial work while working closely with an experienced Partner.
The Role
* Assisting with business disputes
* Supporting on employment related issues
* Advising on commercial contracts and general business matters
* Working closely with the Partner on more complex matters
* Providing high quality client care and maintaining strong professional relationships
* Contributing to business development and departmental growth
* Representing the department with professionalism and approachability
Candidate Requirements
* Experience in company commercial work (PQE level flexible)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A friendly, approachable, and professional manner
* Excellent business development and client care abilities
* Flexibility and confidence working independently and within a team
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal IT systems
